BOTICA BISTRO is on Calle 38 esquina 25 av., Playa del Carmen. A bistro built on gourmet wholefood cooking. Born in 2024 from Yonatan Torices and Peter Shonk.

Every ingredient we use has a purpose. Real, whole, alive with flavor. Fresh vegetables, good proteins, superfoods, things humans have loved for thousands of years. And we make them taste incredible. Taking care of yourself was never meant to feel like sacrifice. It is supposed to feel like the best thing you do all day lol.
